How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping.
Do you offer refunds?
